Larry is a great man who works hard to ensure every customer gets a fair and honest price. Never once have I felt I’ve been given a bum price from him, and not once have I felt he was condescending or rude.

Larry was really knowledgeable and very helpful to my daughter and myself. I can only say I wish all stores gave such great customer service like he did. We will be going back to his store soon for more pictures.

Similar to another person's posting recently. This owner was extremely condescending and rude. The most rude we ever have experienced. First, he was rude to our daughter who was looking at a ring and said that it was out of her budget to our daughter. If we want to purchase the ring for our daughter, we will. He lost our business on that item. Then, I asked if he had any gold coins for sale, and he was extremely rude, he said that it was beyond my range. We do purchase gold coins, and may have bought today, and I was comparing this store's mark-up. The sad thing is, he didn't even have any gold bullion to sell!! Laughable. Obviously won't get our business. We feel very sorry for this person. seems to be a very unhappy and bitter person. Its understandable why he doesn't do much business. We have never experienced such a rude and condescending store owner before. We never give bad reviews, but this was beyond the pale. Go anywhere else! Every other store in Estes is friendly.

Owner was rude and had limited knowledge. Came in to get some jewelry appraised and there was a sign on the door that said to call a number if I needed assistance. I did that and the owner came over from a local bar where he was watching football (which was fine). I handed him the jewelry. He quickly dismissed it as fake and frisbeeed it onto the counter and started making his way to the door to leave motioning for me to do that same. After this experience, I had the jewelry appraised by four other precious metal shops and all said it was real and I ended up selling it somewhere else. Wanted to support local businesses, but not when ran like this.

0 stars. Ruined our Colorado vacation. Owner is very rude and condescending. Don't even walk in to this store. The owner will treat you like garbage if he doesn't think you have the money to spend. Go to Fall River Antiques Jewelry instead. We were on a family vacation last week, and my brother and his father-in-law decided to check out silver prices in this establishment. On accident, my brother asked to see a 1oz gold bar instead of silver. The owner looked my brother over and said to him with much disdain and venom in his voice, "That I've been running a brick and motor business for 30 years, and I can see that you don't have enough money to purchase that item." Well, our family has been running 3 brick and mortar businesses for 58 years, and we have never treated potential customers with such condensation. I would go out on a limb to say that the only way he is staying in business is by insulting people's egos and tricking them into a sale just so they could prove a point. If that's the only way you can stay in business, then you don't deserve to be in business. If you really dislike dealing with the public so much, go into wholesale. In Estes Park, you're dealing with a lot of tourists from every walk of life. You should be happy to see people interested in your store and what it has to offer them. Don't resent someone for showing interest in your products. It's poor business conduct. That being said, this experience alone is still haunting my brother. It ruined the vacation for him. He can't get that time back. The good memories that could have been made don't exist now. Don't deal with this man unless you enjoy being talked down to like you're a pauper. If you're not dressed in designer clothing, you're not worth his time.

He was so kind his dog and bunny are so cute he is closing down January 11 but I’d say he was definitely the best $250 I ever spent the one I wanted got stolen so that’s a downside and he shipped the wrong one, but we ended up going up there and having a great time hanging out with him and his dog, he gave us money back. He let us pick out a few rings and we had $50 left over 100% worth it worth the money worth anything. He has some of the best stuff and he said if I pay him $1.3 billion he’ll give me the store he’ll give me the puppy and the bunny that was probably a joke go buy stuff right now before he closes down forever
