I would not trust my clocks to anybody but Phil Hebrew. We have several antique clocks which occasionally need cleaning and/or repair, and he treats them as he would his own. There are reasons this family business (Phil worked with his father Louis for many years) has survived. Quality craftsmanship, quality service and expert knowledge are among them. The jeweler had a good knowledge of watches and the proper tools to adjust/fit them properly. I was helped immediately upon entering and he fit my titanium watch band as I waited. If you buy anything here, don't expect them to clean/maintenance it, without treating you as if they don't have the time of day for you. I have been in there three times, and each time the owner has treated me disrespectfully. I dread going in for a ring cleaning because of him. Wish we never bought my ring there. My husband decided to get me a nice new watch for my birthday! I was thrilled! So I called McKnight and asked whether they had any ladies watches, and the woman with whom I spoke was so pleasant and patient with me so I decided to go with them for my new watch. In the store she recognized me and brought me directly to the watch I was hoping for. The store was very open and clean. Naturally I looked at their other merchandise and was very impressed with the quality of their jewelry and the variety that they had. They will be happy to to assist you with any questions you may have, and will provide you with the best selection regarding your needs. If you want quality and price for your budget, please go there! Fantastic place! They are simply AMAZING. Changed the battery on my watch so quickly. They are so personal, and the store itself has some absolutely beautiful pieces and clocks.
