THIS Store does not test for gold properly. When testing to see if jewelry is gold. A diffrent solution is used to test for 10 k, 14k, and 18k. They only use one solution ! This is dishonest, it misleads customers about the value of their jewelry. VERY UPSETTING !

I was sent here from cash in a flash for jewelry repair came highly recommended The old lady at the front dark haired I came in contact with very rude you can tell she's been getting away with how she handles certain customers with no consequences for a very long time I definitely won't be back!
