I was out shopping with my husband when I noticed a cute pair of earrings in a store window, so we decided to step inside. Unfortunately, the environment inside the store did not reflect the joy of the season. Upon entering, we overheard one employee openly shaming and speaking down to another. What was particularly concerning was hearing her say, “Well, what do we need to do because it just isn’t sticking,” followed by repeatedly berating the employee for not understanding the process.
