Most altruistic & kind Pawn Shop!!!!! Here's my true interaction w/ this business. They displayed integrity, kindness and generosity to me.. Preface: LAST year i had come to this store with my gold chain & they offered me a fair price to buy. I clumsily dropped the chain in their parking lot and ended up not finding it.. FAST FWD to my experience today.. I come into the store and mention I had lost a gold chain a year ago.. *They recognized me as the owner of the chain, & not only gave it back to me, but also then bought it from me for a far higher sum. (price of gold has risen) This was one of the most honorable and kind things a business establishment has ever done for me.. The guys working there have been there for a long time. Continuity of staff is a rare thing. This is an absolutely EXCELLENT shop! THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend & trust this local business!!!
This place is my new favorite place to shop! The staff is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. I went in shopping for jewelry and they had so much patience and knowledge. I haven't had customer service like this in years. Andres was the coolest guy to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to stop in a take a look around. *Prices we great!
Jonathan and Andy at Broadway Jewelry and Pawn really helped me out. I came in to sell some gold and they gave me a price that managed to beat out other shops and storefronts in the area. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and didn’t treat me like other stores where they haggle the price, pressure you, and hurry you along. The cleanliness of the store and friendly welcome is what will keep me coming back here and not going elsewhere. They know your name, remember you, and do their best to work with you.
Really great service. Really gave a lot of knowledge about diamonds, jewelry and high end purses. The owner Johnathan took his time with us and I didn’t feel rushed or that he didn’t care about what we’re looking for. Great place highly recommend!
Johnathan and Andy are the best! They are friendly, knowledgeable, fair with pricing and always professional. My husband and I have really enjoyed buying and selling jewelry, as we were newbies to the pawn shop experience. Definitely recommend this place!
