Jimmy is the best. One thing we look forward to every year when we go to Telluride is a stop in and shop and visit with Jimmy. He makes the store what it is. We love their selection as well.
Such an amazing experience! So many beautiful pieces! I grew up in Telluride and although I have not lived there in quite sometime it will always be home. The necklace I chose is stunning, a silver mountain range on a delicate chain. Now I can keep a piece of home close to my heart! Jimmy was also amazing, I enjoyed the conversation and he took great care in making sure I was happy. Hopefully I will get back that way soon but until then, I LOVE my little piece of home!
What an amazing gallery / jewelry store. Jimmy was so great. Helped me pick out an engagement ring unlike any I have ever seen and she said yes. The owners are so nice and they also own the Alpinist and the Goat upstairs which we also highly suggest. Best Fondue west of Switzerland.
Stopped in Aug 2023 while on a trip for the 5 yr anniversary of husband passing. I explained what I was wanting and not wanting (due to my job working in the ER). Customer Service was outstanding. Then a couple months later, the bracelet accidently came off (and lost) while I was on another trip elsewhere. My heart was crushed. Couple months later, I decided to call and see if I could get a replacement. We talked about my concerns and such. He was once again a great listener and gave advice. I decided to get the same bracelet because it was sentimental to me. The replacement bracelet was sent to me promptly. Even a surprise gift (candy) was enclosed. Once AGAIN, great customer service. Now, THIS is what a jewelry store should be. THANK YOU!!!
We walked into Elinoff just for fun, left with an updated 5 year anniversary ring set. That’s all due to Jim and his hospitality and making us feel so welcome. Such a wonderful experience - thank you Jim!! You are the best at what you do!
