Everybody else was offering around 4000-4100, he offered me 3400. Don’t go unless you’re out of options!

This guy is awful. Rude and inconsiderate. Do yourself a favor and request a appraisal kit from Express gold cash in ny. They send it out at their cost 24 hr turn around and they pay 10 times what he will. Plus if you decide not to sell they will ship it back to you in the condition it was sent in and they charge you nothing.

One of the worst gold exchange dealers I’ve ever dealt with very rude. I walked in with a 1 g pure gold and told him how much you would want for this and he said $70 to $80 When the market of 140 right now as of 2026 I said I’m not taking anything less than $110 and he gave it back and said bye

He said he would only be able to pay $61 per oz of pure silver bullion. The spot price is $95. Everyone else in town offered a few dollars below spot. Do not go here if you're selling.

I can absolutely say this place will rip you off as much as he can and if he can tell you dont have a huge understanding of the value he'll give you 1/8-1-4 of the value other places would have given you. I came here with my gold grams that were very special to me but I was in a bind and the older gentlemen took complete advantage, he was not on top of his work and when we asked value/pricing for what he just told us he immediately took it back and low balled just to make sure he didnt have to give us a honest answer with integrity but took advantage as much as he could. Just awful

This gentleman is very very rude. He did not offer a very good price for my jewelry. He treated me like I was a criminal for even trying to sell him my gold. Why are you in business if you hate buying gold from people? I got nearly 150 more than his quote elsewhere. Don't get ripped off by this guy. I had gold coins too, but why would have I even brought that up for discussion if the price was so low!
