ANACS provides outstanding customers service. Encapsulations in my recent order were cloudy. ANACS re-slabed them at no additional cost.

The problem with third party grading services like ANACS is price and time. I have sent over 40 submissions to this place over the years. This last submission i sent via a rep near the end of September 2024. I requested an update via email and i was told in the email that i chose a special so therefore it takes longer. Ok i get it but... normally thats 7 weeks. I check the order again and the estimated time was changed from mid December to mid January. In the end it was just under 500 bucks and 109 days for the order to be in my hands. That was the last straw. If NGC has a 20 day turn around and CAC is local, there are far better options.

Absolute SCAM!!!!! Took a coin fron me in charlotte to be graded and picked up in statesville the next month. The company did not show up to the show to return coins. Called and said they'd ship. Called the next week same story. Called again and finally after 2 months I received the coin. Same sleeve it was dropped off in with a one sentence evaluation. It was never even looked at in my opinion. I paid them for nothing and now i do not trust a grading company and will never try to get a coin graded again. I deal with PSA, Beckett, CGS and many more. Ive NEVER experiencedanythinglike this. Total SCAM!!!!!.

Sent 20 coins in at a coin show in November. Customer service was most helpful during the entire process. (This was my first submission). Good company! Excellent customer service. Super nice people on the phone. Will be doing 4 submissions in 2025. Thank you ANACS for a good experience!

As a coin collector, I'm very blessed top have such a wonderful asset in ANACS available to validate and grade my coins. I've been using them for about 30 years and they really are a top notch company. Funny how I ALWAYS see someone from ANACS at the local coin shows but you never see any of the other grading companies. ANACS does a TON to support our hobby and industry. Thank you ANACS!!!!!
