I went in to try to sell a family ring. The man who I met with was professional, friendly, and very honest about how the market is. He patiently answered my dumb questions and was very helpful. I was unable to sell the ring, but left feeling good about the experience and will definitely utilize their services in the future. Great experience.

These guys are great! They are kind, quick, and professional, and are funny on top of it all! I will definitely be coming back.

My experience had been very positive in the handful of times I bought from them, until the moment when I was about to ask the owner a question and his wife whispered to me to wait until he helped the friend/customer who had just walked in the store. I never went back.

I don't know why people are giving any negative reviews about this shop. I had a great experience purchasing silver at a fair market value. The owner of the shop was extremely friendly and explained the entire process to me. I paid for my purchase, and a few days later, my order was in, and I was immediately called down to pick it up. Thanks, woodland gold and silver!

I give 3 stars because they have nice jewelry they sell. If your looking to sell your gold here my suggestion is go somewhere else. Not only do they rip you off they cheat on the weight of gold you bring in as well. I brought in several pieces of gold and the offer amount was ridiculous. They basically only wanted to pay almost less than 50% which was like $1200. I declined the offer and went somewhere else that was much smaller than here but in Sacramento. They literally gave me 75% which was almost $800 more than what Yolo Gold and Silver wanted to give me. They weight that Yolo Gold and Silver wrote down totalled 27.47 grams, the place in Sacramento totalled 27.56. I am all.for supporting local businesses but not when they cheat people just so they can get extra money for themselves. We live in hard times and I can only imagine how many people they have done this too as well especially elderly people. My suggestion is don't just settle for any offer, go get a couple quotes then go with the one that is going to offer the most. Very disappointed with Yolo Gold and Silver on this one.
