I was not greeted ever, they were very matter of fact and rude! What's worse is I pawned a very unusual gold ring with rubies and a tennis bracelet and a thick gold bracelet and another ring. Altogether they were worth two thousand, a few weeks later I receive a letter that the shop was robbed and they only offered me $400 in store credit. Omg I was so upset, then the owner seemed emotionless and I don't give a damn attitude. When I tried explaining my jewelry was worth a lot more than four hundred he very rudely says, take it or leave it, that's all I'm offering!!! I never went back.... I truely believe he is a crook and he planned the inside robbery, so he can keep all and his insurance paid very little. It was a quick get rich scheme and he is definitely heartless enough to do that.

Saw an electric bass guitar advertised on Craigslist. Found out it was at Superior Pawn and went by to check it out. The guys working there made me feel comfortable and welcome and the bass was just as advertised. Had a good experience, the place was easy to find, and now I have a beautiful bass of my own. :)

Marco and George were very courteous and professional. George was patient and took his time answering all of my questions. Another pawn shop close by didn't even do so much as say "Hello" when my husband and I walked in. AND the best part... I got the BEST DEAL ever on a bomb tablet!! Def recommend this pawn shop 😊

In 2020 I bought an Xbox one and it still works perfectly and today I bought an Xbox series S and it works perfect the only "problem" they're words was the controllers trigger had a weird pressure issue that doesn't mess with gameplay. That's it. So thank you superior your name is true.

These guys are great! They have a large variety of cool items for sale. They run a good, fair minded, and stand up business. Go pay them a visit!
