I’m so glad we found this place! I’m really impressed with their incredibly fast and reliable service. They resized my sister’s watch, and you could tell they handled it with genuine care. All the staff members were very nice and respectful, and the price was just right. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

My wife accidentally smashed her wedding and engagement set and lost the stone after 14 years. (see pics) OMG, tears and heartache. I found Kimberly's by looking at reviews so i am a new customer. Frankly, i was a little skeptical because of all the 5☆ reviews, but i went to check them out. I was above 4th in line so i watched how the customers were treated. Wow, wow, wow! Milton had to completely rebuild the set. He replaced the stone. He even resized the rings to fit perfectly. My wife was extremely happy to get her rings back, i am extremely happy with the price and the great customer service. I will be buying new jewelry there as well as taking items for repair. Best place in Palmdale Ca. Quick fast and reliable. Reasonable prices with the best employees. Very respectful and understanding. They open at 9:30am and close at 5:30. 7 days a week
