We met with Steven and Mary and expected to be there for a couple of minutes. We ended up with a much better and more useful knowledge of gold and silver. And we found both of them very professional, friendly, kind and interesting. They bought one of our pieces at a very reasonable rate and we left like we now have new friends. Steven and his associate were extremely professional in their handling of my jewelry. The appraisal was prompt, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The business is located on the 16th floor, and is at the end of a long corridor.
