Very friendly! Highly recommend, was referred by a friend.

This was my first time purchasing precious metals. My appointment was with Kevin and he was absolutely amazing. He explained everything so simply and so clear. We also talked about other topics like the history of the area I currently live in. Kevin was very personable and friendly. I will definitely be going back whenever I can.

Kevin was so knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to sort through my unorganized box of coins and bestowed me so much knowledge regarding what I brought in. He was more than fair with the pricing and was very open with why certain coins we worth more than others. I cannot recommend Sisson & Son enough. I will be telling everyone to go there for their coin, currency and precious metal needs. Thank you, Kevin.

I'm very new to Silver Trading, but I can't imagine the process could get easier than Sisson and Sons makes it. Incredibly friendly customer service, explaining to me everything about the silver I brought in. They gave me spot pricing for everything I brought in, and even rounded up a couple cents as it was fluctuating the entire time I was in. The shop is in a nice area in Rohnert Park, so I wasn't concerned at all with handling high value silver and bringing it in. They also explained to me that they wouldn't have let me out the door if there was anything suspicious outside the door, so they definitely have the customers safety and security in mind. They made this a very private ordeal and made me feel incredibly comfortable with my sale. Overall, incredible service, very fair pricing proofed by the second-by-second updates on their screens, and such a simplistic service. Its also worth mentioning that they were so flexible to help work with me within my complicated schedule. 10/10 can't recommend enough
