We went in to purchase a ring from them.saleslady stated she did not have the size we needed in the store but had more at her house and would bring one in the following day.when we returned the following day to pick it up the sales woman said we had a 30 day exchange /refund period.when we tried to return the ring aprox 2 weeks later we were told no because the ring was made for us,when previously she stated that she had the ring in inventory at her home Just want to warn others about our horrible customer service we received,hopefully you will heed our warning and shop elsewhere

Absolutely the best price. Will buy again. I end up saving $4211 on the exact tennis bracelet that I saw at Zales.

6/3/2016 Well it's been two years dealing with the Silver Store and Diamond Exchange in Parkway Plaza Mall and on Ebay regarding the items they now claim they sold by mistake and not lost with no resolution (replacement value for items is about $2,000). Even after, the owner Paul promised me that what ever his wife Mayra couldn't find would be replaced. His wife who seems to own the Silver Store is the one who made the mistake apparently and sold my items. According to the staff at the Silver Store, which also worked at the Diamond and Gold Exchange, Paul has now disappeared, hides behind his online business on Ebay and can't be contacted. Nothing like conversion, fraud, unfair business practices, unjust enrichment and bait and switch. In my opinion anyone with a good moral compass couldn't sale someone's items, lie to them for over a year, benefit monetarily from it, and sleep at night, but Mayra can. She is not a honest or nice person. Honest people need to share this message and not shop at the Silver Store this is the only way people like Mayra learn that dishonesty doesn't pay. It looks like court here we come. I thought this was a good place, we even purchased about a $12,000 diamond from them before this happened and this is how they treat a good customer. Really??? Very bad place they will rip you off and don't honor their word. Again, zero stars would be the correct rating.

Hidden gem for sterling silver turquoise jewelry that is Native American made or inspired. I got a great deal on a bolo and was impressed by the rest of their inventory. The owner was very nice and the other 2 women working were attentive & helpful. I will definitely be back! Btw this is located inside the mall across from Victorias Secret. The mall map was incorrect/not updated.

I purchased a necklace as a gift and made that clear that I wanted to be able to return it after Christmas if my granddaughter wanted a different style. The sales lady assured me that was an option until January 2024! Now they are refusing to return but they will "exchange" for other items. This is likely because their gold is WAY overpriced and they know it. Another jewelry store told me it was worth $150.00 and they didn't want it because they quality was poor. I got ripped off for $650.00! What a sucker! Don't buy anything gold at this place....very poor quality.
