Wonder, if I didn't pretend to be ignorant, would he have still offered $35 under melt value on an MS 62?

I went in to sell some older US currency notes and Curtis was very nice and professional. I mentioned I also had some older coins and stamps that they also buy so I will definitely be back. Very nice, clean shop!!
I went into The Coin Buyer shop today to purchase a 1947 90% silver quarter and to get an appraisal on the coins and tokens I have. The staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with their stock. They have a wide variety of coins and precious metals and the prices are good. Once I broke the ice with the staff it was a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately for me I didn't have much that was very valuable but I wasn't really there to sell anything anyway. I just wanted to see how much my small collections of coins and tokens were worth. The price for their Red Book guide to U.S. coins was very good, especially compared to the prices I've seen online and that's for the better one. I'll definitely be back.
Amazing store. I wish I had more time when I stopped by. There's so much inventory to look over. I could easily lose hours in this store in order to look at everything they have. I bought this 1oz silver trump round cuz I love trump and like I said I didn't have enough time to look over everything else. But I was reading the other reviews about how the owners are political and made up my mind that if they were democrats i was gonna turn around and walk out because i as well am very political. But it's a good thing they weren't because then I wouldn't have been able to see all the great stuff they have. And I will most definitely be back to buy more stuff when I have more time.
I had been putting off going to this place for awhile, but i finally did and I am sooo glad! Matt, the owners son helped me out, and let me say, these guys are honest, knowledgable, and more than willing to show you examples of what real error coins look like! So, needless to say, all the smarts I thought I had on error coins, went out the window... but I gladly received the proper schooling. These guys are the real deal, oh and by the way, I am Spanish/Mexican/Native American....and the time Matt spent with me was an absolute delight.
Exceptional staff. Friendly and caring. Made an honest and fair offer the first time. No need to haggle. I would visit them again. Thank you for being professional and honest.
