This was my second time visiting Rio Gold in Brentwood and I was pleasantly surprised to see Diana again. She is a “gem”! Not only is she professional, respectful and kind, but she takes the time to explain the entire process, answers all questions (honestly) and offered me options with selling items they do not accept. The store is clean, neat and feels safe. I will be back and I would highly recommend Diana and Rio Gold. Oh, and thank you for the Starbucks 😃👍🤩
Today, November 28, 2025, I went to this store because I wanted to sell a piece of jewelry for rent. It weighs 7g. I weighed it before entering, and when the man there weighed it, it was only 4g.They have tampered with your scale to steal from customers who go there. Verify it yourself. I went to sell it somewhere else and received fair compensation. They are not honest. Be very careful. Take your jewelry already Heavy🐀🐀🐀
