This place is GRRRRRR8, my new go to spot to buy silver, way cheaper than on line where they charge $10 - $12 over spot for Eagles, Coin & Jewelery is only $2 over spot for Eagles & $1 over spot for rounds. Great customer service also.

I met Jocelyn and she was very nice and made my whole experience very pleasant. Her and Liz were informative, friendly and honest. This is a reputable business, I'm so glad I decided to sell my mom's jewelry to them!

My first time selling jewelry. I took a very heavy gold ring there to sell for its weight in gold since reviews said they were fair. Should’ve paid attention to the reviews that indicate they are a pawn shop and not a gold exchange. After testing and weighing the ring they offered me a straight $1000. Seemed strange to receive such a round number for a weighted gold item. I expected some type of calculation relating the weight of the item to the current price of gold. I made the mistake of thinking they were a gold exchange not a pawn shop based on some good past reviews. Afterwards I find out that the gold in that ring was easily worth three, four (or more) times what they offered It’s my own fault for not shopping around and doing my homework. But I do wish their business was upfront and indicated in their business name and/or storefront that they are a pawn shop and not a gold exchange.

I had some coins in family possessions that I wanted to get rid of. A brief internet search let me know there was some value. I went to PH Coin & Jewelry and had a very good experience. Liz helped me and provided information on the coins and their price. I knew going in that I was going to get a lower price than if I direct sold them, but not interested in doing that. Easy, fast transaction!

The owner of this store is kind and honest. He purchased my wedding rings and provided a fair value calculated right in front of me. The process was easy, the time it took was quick. Could I have asked for more, probably, but he provided a very fair price up front. Happy customer who will likely return.
