This is one of the best coin shops in San Diego county. Owner Hector is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful about coin collecting (numismatics), coin grading, the history behind various currencies, vintage watches, and other cool stuff. If he doesn't have a coin you're looking for, he'll help you track it down, for a fair price. Also the store is a neat place to stop in and enjoy in the manner of a museum. There are many unique and unusual items on display, each with a story. The shop is definitely a worthy addition to the Old Town experience.

I ordered a 10oz vintage buffalo warrior hexagon bar and a NFL Denver broncos six Troy of silver coins round with diamonds from a guy named hector on whatnot. And only recieved 2 one ounce silver coins. I was scammed and want a refund on my money. I paid around $1409.21 and received product only worth about $150. This is wrong. This shop is a scam and I will be coming there in person to either collect what I paid for or getting this person arrested. Stop playing with me.

I’m getting back into coin collecting, so I stopped by Old Town C&C to see what they had—and I’m so glad I did. I had the honor and privilege of meeting Hector, who was incredibly patient and informative with all my questions. I even picked up a few great pieces for my collection. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
