Went in yesterday 11-22-25 to pawn some things and was helped by David. As he checked everything and gave me pricing, David was courteous enough to explain the interest rate on items and was thorough. Very polite and knowledgeable of his job. Would recommend the shop and David.

Pacific Pawn shop, Great place and awesome customer service. I was accommodated by gentleman by the name of Johnny. I had called requesting an extension on my agreement, while I fully understood that I was responsible for my Timely fees towards aggrement and was willing to except accountability, I gave it a shot and called while asking politely if he was willing to work with me a few days after my aggrement due date, and Johnny responded by 1st stating that because I had asked politely and show him the proper respect , he then acknowledged that he would work with me. Awesome individual, we need more kindness consideration from people in the world in this world. I am definitely thankful for this gentleman Johnny's consideration, and from this point would definitely be the only shop that I'd ever do business.
I highly recommend this place Johnny and Erika are always the best when helping out clients always getting you the best amount for your jewelry…. Also they are super friendly and welcoming and they take care if your jewelry until you come back and get it…. I’ve been going here for years when times get tough and they never disappoint….
