Blunt to the point of rudeness. I called and was mocked for asking about a rare coin that I believe is legitimate (based on my research into it), without entertaining the possibility that it is what I believe it to be. Very dismissive, and based on my research about this coin does not seem to have a lot of correct information about it, even though he was sure I couldn't have one. I would not darken the doors of this business to buy even a coin holder, and will go elsewhere for my future needs.
