I’m a new customer and went in to see Don because of his high reviews. I have to say that good reviews definitely tell a story. It was a great transaction. I got more than expected will be back.

After doing some online research and seeing high reviews, I decided to do business here in hopes of selling some items. I was greeted and treated with respect. I was impressed by how quick and easy the process was. Pricing was fair and transparent - definitely recommend and will do business here again.

Courteous, but they do not take mined gold or gold ore. Also there is no assayer like said on the website. But they were polite and was treated better than Fresno gold and coin. Basically if you mine gold, there is no local outlet for processing or selling your gold. If they had the means to do so, I would gladly give them my business.

This place only pays 60–65% of spot, which is well below what a gold seller should be getting. It’s basically the same payout as Fresno Coin Gallery. They run with a single employee, so overhead is minimal, yet they claim to be a refinery while still shipping gold out to be refined and blaming “high refining costs.” With almost no overhead, they should be paying closer to 80–85% of spot. Bottom line: this isn’t a true refinery, it’s a pawn-shop buyer wearing a refinery label. There are better jewelers in town that will offer higher pay outs than this place. Just need to call around.
