I have been to several places over the years and this is the best you can get ,I drive an extra hour because my local shop has changed and got greedy .This guy offers a few dollars more per 1 oz silver round than Vacaville coin shop.

I had some inherited silver and gold heirloom pieces that I needed to sell. After months of research and trying to sell these pieces on my own with no success I decided to go Napa Gold and Silver. I had been warned by almost every online group and website not to do this, but I was tired of trying to do it myself. And I’m so glad I did. They offered a price for my items that was very close to what I would have gotten had I sold them myself. Factor in shipping and I probably came out ahead. I can’t recommend this place enough. Trust me, save yourself the time and hassle and take anything you need to sell here.

Don’t waste this guys time by bringing in items to see if they are of value because they aren’t, you will be reproved for your curiosity & ignorance. He may be fair but not friendly. I went to a shop in Vallejo, the owner was never put out or condescending.

I feel like he was a honest guy and the lady there was very nice and really was trying to help me out with my situation and much as he could I was able to get just enough money to cremate my mima so greatful.

Napa Gold and Silver is a great place to trade Gold and Silver and Jason has more than metals, he has education and ethics and now two other friends of mine use him as well. I did not know how to sell or buy and he fixed me. I am not wealthy and I need a trustworthy dealer.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Take your business to Vallejo Coin and speak with Bob instead. Jason was rude, cold, and completely unprofessional toward my son. When my son explained he was selling his coins due to financial hardship, Jason flat-out said he didn’t care and that he needed to make a living. That level of callousness is unacceptable. Zero empathy, zero professionalism, and zero respect for customers. If you value being treated like a human being, do not come here.
