My diamond pendant, which holds pictures of my late father and grandmother, has fallen out for the second time. This piece is priceless to me, and instead of standing behind their work or taking responsibility, they told me I’d have to pay $275 again to fix it. It’s not just about the money — it’s about compassion, accountability, and doing right by your customers. I trusted them with something deeply sentimental, and they completely let me down. I’ll never buy anything else from them.
I have gone to this place for many years. They have excellent customer service. What I love the most about this place, they are super honest and you get the best possible price for your jewelry. Any time you bring in your dirty jewelry they clean it free of charge. They often have great deals. I love those 😍☺️..
