I came in to ask about some of my coins and gather information. The gentleman there was rude and scoffed at my lack of knowledge. Getting a better understanding was the whole point of my visit dude. 1 star would not recommend.
Not good… trying to rip me off for my 18K gold an overweight old guy said my gold is only 14K and saying at least its a real gold do you want to sell it lol went to different spot instead got a good honest offer
Bad customer service, I was trying to sell some gold i have and I called them to see how much they would give me per gram. The guy on the phone with a bad attitude start saying im not going to price you over the phone your just wasting my time you need to come down here " most likely to bring me down and low price me " and I explained to him im from far away give me the price your paying and if I like it I will be there in 40 minutes. He did end the call then 🫤
