Bad customer service, I was trying to sell some gold i have and I called them to see how much they would give me per gram. The guy on the phone with a bad attitude start saying im not going to price you over the phone your just wasting my time you need to come down here " most likely to bring me down and low price me " and I explained to him im from far away give me the price your paying and if I like it I will be there in 40 minutes.
