I came to pawn coupe gold things and when I came back to pay back my items there was one peace missing it was gold small heart with Rubi stone in it . If I was any of u going to pawn and pay back make sure to take a pictures before pawning it and save it. Or just go somewhere else pawn .
Fair loan prices
Don’t bring your jewelry here so much better places that pay wha gold is worth , they told me even if the price of gold goes up they like to play it safe so they pay the minimum just in case gold goes back down , That is absolutely not how a pawn shop should be ran but like he said not all pawn shops are ran the same .. take your stuff elsewhere period

Absolutely horrible experience. Paperwork and authenticity, gemstone and gold valued over 5k . I was told $30 is the most. Incredible low balling establishment. Other pawn shop offered me what I wanted. Will not be going here at all in the future.

The gentleman at the counter was patient, understanding and friendly. He helped me get the most for what I had. Which wasn't much. Went above and beyond to help me. He did his best to get me the most I could, considering I was in dire straights and near stranded, it was more than deserving of a great review. Definitely appreciate the effort.
