Which now I have received.Anyone else doing Business with Goldline , will be happy to do business with them ,as I am . I would recommend Goldline to Anyone.
Goldline has exceptional service and has been easy to talk to. I've never been pressured to buy anything and they help me to find what I can afford. Special shout out to Robin! I'm treated as a friend, not as a client.
Unfortunately when trying to retrieve account information from Goldline I was connected with a customer service individual who was rude and disrespectful from the beginning of our conversation. The representative said I was a customer in bad standing and that I canceled a transaction back in 2008. When I said I have no documentation or communication of such transaction he said to me that I lost out on a bunch of money I would have made with that transaction and good luck trying to sell your gold because Goldline would not buy or sell to me because I was a horrible customer. Seriously argued with me like he was a teenager (talking over me and laughing at my responses). I have never been spoken to in such a manner by a customer service rep. I have excellent credit and would have liked to resolve this but the customer service rep. continued yelling and ridiculing me. Called back to speak to a manager and no one responded to me.
I am very grateful for the services of Goldline and especially of those of my account representative, Gino Steffi. He is very knowledgeable, personable and there has never been any pressure to make a purchase. He is also very timely in returning messages. What I am most impressed with during my initial contact with Gino, him knowing that I was inquiring what a minimum purchase would be, he still went above and beyond to answer every question I had and then some. He was very patient with me as I had never made a purchase of precious metals before then. He has treated me with the upmost courtesy and professionalism with every purchase I have made, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
