I had a great experience at this pawnshop. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt respected and got fair service. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and helpful customer service.

They made this process incredibly easy from start to finish. I was in and out quickly, and more importantly, I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I had visited a couple other places before coming here and didn’t have the best experience, but this shop was the opposite. They were respectful, professional, and didn’t make me feel awkward at all about selling an engagement ring. I truly appreciated how kind and straightforward they were. If I have anything else to sell in the future, I’ll definitely be coming back.

Stopped by looking for some silver coins to buy and was assisted by AJ. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I initially decided to shop around for a better price but did end up buying a nice new multi tool that I needed. AJ hooked me up and I went on my way. After calling/visiting other stores I ended up calling AJ and he agreed to match the price I was quoted at another location that I didn’t want to drive to. The staff here seems friendly and I appreciate that because pawn stores are notorious for making customers feel uncomfortable, but not here, not AJ. I will definitely be going back to buy more silver coins and whatever else catches my eye!

I called Lambert pawn and talked to Kim. I was interested in selling some silver bars. Kim quoted me a price and because I’m a local I was there in 15 minutes and sure enough she paid me exactly what she said in cash!🤑 Good honest business people. They were glad to have my business and made me feel Appreciated. Overall experience was awesome👍
