Extremely unprofessional. I can’t believe the way they run their business

Friendly staff very helpful

My sister and I stopped by without an appointment but Jonathan was completely accommodating and one of the nicest humans we’ve had the pleasure to meet. What an absolutely amazing business. I would 100% recommend for anyone looking to sell some silver or rare coins. Or gold jewelry, as the lady who works with jewelry appraisals was incredibly kind as well.

Mr. Mark Feldman, the owner of the coin exchange made us feel welcomed. He has been so accommodating, kind, honest, and very professional. From the very first time we met him until the transaction ended, he is so patient and very detailed. He is really well-versed with his service being offered. He even insisted to give us bottled water, (as it has been 100+ degrees) and a snack to take with us. Five star for customer satisfaction! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience, highly recommended and will definitely be coming back if there is a chance!

I called for the first time a week ago. Someone told me the owner was with a customer and would call me back. But no one ever called. I don't want to deal with flakes.

Wow, wow, wow! There are no words to describe the level of service and experience I received at this store. I recently moved here from Seattle and was almost ready to give up the hobby of stacking, since the coin scene in LA isn’t very strong. By chance, I was taking an art class nearby and came across this shop. The owner welcomed me in and offered me a great deal on 90% silver. He even let me browse through the inventory to pick out the pieces I liked most. I felt genuinely taken care of, and I can confidently say—I’ve found my local coin dealer!

I called around town looking for the best deal and the highest paying price for 2 one ounce coins that I needed to sell. Mark was very kind and patient answering all of my questions and also offered the best price. I plan to do business with them again. I recommend this business 100%
