Went there to sell a coin and Linda paid 5% more than I expected. She measures the quality of gold or silver in front of you and explains the quality. Went there with zero expectation of even selling since I had offers from other businesses but she gave the best price. 5/5

This review 02/20 is my opinion this is my disclaimer. I had a similar experience at Gateway me and my friend. Similr as Sarah Napierski, who also wrote a review: First of all when we went into the place the place is not set up correctly. I've been running a business for 20 years. This place should have a separated seating room area for customers only. So people can wait in an area, with the option to choose to freely view her jewelry cases of her products. View why waiting to be assisted. Linda can get room separataters at home improvement stores to section it off. She should have a private room to bring customers 1 or 2 at a time to assist them to keep it professional and PRIVATE. The way it is now, all the customers waiting sitting around 5 and 6 customers, are listening to everybody's business. This is completely improfessional. When i was awaited on with everybody hearing what she had to say to me. She asked me some unprofessional questions, personal questions. Asking me if I needed the money? Which depending on how the customer answers puts a customer in a disadvantaged position. My friend and I left immediately. It was unprofessional and bad energy. I agree with Sarah's review in the sense that she acts as a Christian she has flags and stuff everywhere I believe that she allows her belief system which by 2030 we all will need gold and more of her theory which she conveys, also as she holds a class on Saturdays. This in my sole opinion that she allows her beliefs to drive how she conducts her decisions as being a gold dealer and trying to tell customers whether they should keep their gold or not. And by the way Linda you know who I am. I'm exstreamley awake and I understand what was on your paper for your class. I perhaps understand much more about what is coming in our future than you do. What you're telling people is only one theory and let me just tell you, we are in special times like no other. But all of us don't really know what is going to happen? I am very awake and acknowledge what has been happening in our time much more than I would like to convey. I will leave it at that. All of us (awake) have some different ideas of what's coming in the future. But we as humanity, all really don't know which theory as their are many don't know. But what ever happens, i will say its good to be awake, as many others are still waking up. So then, how can your belief be the one? When customers come into Gateway the visit should entail is this: Do you want to sell or buy gold or silver today? In a private location where the product is looked at, then make the deal! That's it! Not ideology business decision making. The place that I ended up going is the big city south of us. It was a 100% top-notch experience! Gateway is off, it had very bad energy. Me and my friend had left very stressed out because of the personal questions, bad energy and again she was asking in front a bunch of customers making it very uncomfortable. Questions as to why am i selling gold? Are none of her business or the other customers sitting there. The place i did go to asked No personal questions, or why I wanted to sell my gold? And no ideology. Cut and dry! I walked out happy. It was a great experience for us. Linda needs to change the way that her business is set up. She needs to make a barrier with a sitting room in and a room to work with customers one or two at a time in private. I did tell her that when she called us back after me and my friend left. She knew something was wrong. We both shared our not so good experience with her on the call. So anybody reading this review it's up to you whether you want to go in there. Do your research.

Don’t know what’s up with them, but the lady is EXTREMELY rude. Went in to buy silver, she says she won’t sell it in person, only online, because it’s so volatile ? Does that make any sense at all? That’s quite literally what silver is. It’s a volatile precious metal. Extremely rude to someone who was coming with cash in hand to buy silver. Will NOT be coming back. She couldn’t even say how long it would take to get the silver if you placed an order online. Stay away from people like this.

Best experience I've ever had selling anything. Not only did I get stellar customer service but I was gifted a lot of valuable information. Be a kind light when visiting this place and you will discover value greater than money. Thank you for all you help Linda.

We knew the minute we walked in the door. Thank you Linda for all of your help. Your knowledge is outstanding and your heart is full of love. Father we pray You bless Linda in all that she does. Something is off about this place and the owner. Really portrays herself to be Christian yet the energy in the room did not feel good. Plus she asked and said some things I felt were out of line. I went somewhere else and was paid over spot price for my gold which was 4750 that day. She had quoted four hundred under what I ended up getting. Granted it was a two hour drive, but a beautiful drive and worth it. She quoted 4400 for a gold eagle coin and I ended up with 4800 going somewhere else. The current spot (as of 1/23) for gold is now over 4900 and going up every day… She was right about getting silver while you can but do your own homework and research. The gold and silver markets are making history right now. I think you can see for yourself from her response below, something is off here… There is nothing to argue, the facts are the facts. Do your own research folks and call around.

Lisa is the best in the game in our area. She’s very honest and very fair with her pricing. Always gives some knowledge to her clients. Many pawn shops try to get the most especially when the seller doesn’t know much but Lisa will let you know exactly what you have and what it’s worth.
