Stopped by today after reading so many positive reviews. Needed to sell some silver bullion and a bit of gold. Walked in and the place was full of two groups of clients the owner was working with at same time. The owner smiled and said it might be a minute and then noticed I just had some silver bullion and politely asked the other clients if they’d mind him helping me for a minute. Everyone was fine and the owner was able to quickly help me and get back to his bigger clients…totally awesome service and everyone was happy. Very fair prices and super friendly guy. Will definitely be back if I need to sell in the future and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to my mom!

Me and my dad had a large amount of silver to sell. His shop was full of customers but he helped us and gave us a very good price, considering how many people are selling at the moment. He even gave me a good price on my oddball casino silver coins and sterling silver sovereign coins. 3rd time selling to him and I'll be back again. Call first as him and his wife are the only ones there and if they are out of town the shop is closed.

Today I took in gold jewelry that had belonged to various members of my family. The shop was very busy but the owner took his time with me and gave me a good price for what I had. This is not my first experience with Encore and it certainly won't be my last.

I went in to find a Christmas gift for a family member and was very pleased with the service | received!! The shop was very bright and clean! Was greeted as soon as I walked in even though the shop was pretty busy! While waiting my turn I was able to see how they worked diligently with their customers and how they really took time in looking at each persons belongings they had brought in! When it was my turn I was asked what I was looking for any specific dates my family member would be fond of, what kind of metals I was interested in, and a price range for the gift! When I finally decided on the piece I left with a great gift with a great story! I will definitely be going again!
