I called this business asking about an appraisal on some time pieces I have , and the guy who answered it right off the back was very rude and unprofessional. He assumed my watches were fake without me even coming in and taking a look at them. Great customer service !

You're not pressed for time and he won't rush you out the door. And, any questions you have he will answer very professionally.. Love this place. He gave me an amethyst so I can get my ring fixed amazing man very experience and he does not play around if It Ain't Legal, don't bring it to him, he has signs all around his shop. I tell you, this man means business, and I love it. Compassionate, giving and very well experienced.
