O U T S T A N D I N G ! We visited the store for our first time after finding an item on CL. We called the store and were treated very professionally. When we arrived we found the store to be extremely clean, well organized and professionally run. My first experience with a pawn shop ever was made very pleasant by Elmar. :) He made sure to explain the process, and did a thorough examination of my items which I really appreciated. (They pay a very good price for gold) He also took the time to explain how loans and buying from them worked which was great to note for future purchases. After everything, I walked out with a big chunk of cash and a nice perspective of this little pawn shop!
