I’m deeply saddened by the work they did on my Dads watch. It was a Rolex gifted by my mother that passed away when I was 16. She gifted him a Rolex that was engraved with a quote about her love for him…. My dad took his watch in to get cleaned because something needed it on the inside. When he got the watch back they buffed out all of the engraving my mother had put on the watch. I’m devastated. That was a symbol of my moms love for my dad and it’s gone forever. WHO WOULD BUFF OUT A CUTOM ENGRAVING ON A ROLLEX?! And they still charged my dad for it. My heart is broken.

I came in to fix a small cosmetic issue on my watch. To my surprise, William fixed it quickly and for free! If I have any more issues with my watches, I will certainly come back. Thanks a lot!

I stopped by today to get my new watch sized to fit my child-like wrist. This is was the second time I've been here, and although I've never purchased anything (maybe someday!), I definitely received great service. Very friendly staff. Plus, lots of lovely things to look at while I waited. Only took a few minutes--thanks John! I have a few other watches that need new batteries and other repairs, and even though none of them are high-end, I like them and will bring them here soon.

William and his team are phenomenal. They exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service and truly listening to what I was looking for. I’ve been in search for a specific watch for a couple years now, and William brought that to life for me. William is honest, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend purchasing your watch here! Superb service and integrity. I bought a watch from them online through pictures and a phone conversation and couldn't have had a better experience. William and his staff put me at ease and gave me the necessary information. They were also lightning fast in processing my order. When I received the watch I was over the moon with it because the condition was far better than described. I definitely recommend them and will have the pleasure of doing business again. Owner runs people that are filming his store. Not a good way to feature his store to the public. With his attitude, he's lucky to be open. At the rate his going, maybe not much longer.

This place is an absolute GEM (no pun intended) tucked into charming Old Town Orange. I grew up here and have worked in the industry for over 20 years. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to—and live in—fashion capitals around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the best stores I’ve ever been to. They’re incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to high-end pieces, both vintage and modern. From jewelry to handbags (Linh and I instantly bonded over her mini Kelly—we swapped love stories about our favorite vintage finds!), it’s rare to meet someone who not only understands but shares a deep appreciation for this world. Linh was beyond fun to talk to—so stylish, so informed, and her taste is impeccable. My grandmother bought a ring here years ago, and since then I make it a point to visit whenever I’m back in OC visiting my parents. They repaired an Hermès watch for me with such care and offered very fair pricing. I also brought in some of my own vintage pieces to be tested, and they were so gracious—taking the time to explain everything about gold and gemstones, even helping me understand how to identify key features. As someone planning to go into fine jewelry sales at my vintage store in Kingston, NY, their insight was priceless. Most recently, I brought in my grandmother’s earrings to be converted from clip-ons to posts, and they did a stunning job. I could have spent all day admiring the beautifully curated cases—every item sparkles with intention. You can tell everything has been hand-picked with love and displayed in a way that just takes your breath away. Both Linh and William are incredibly kind and offer nothing but the best in quality and service. It’s probably a good thing I don’t live closer—my bank account wouldn’t stand a chance. This store is inspiring, refined, and unforgettable. Absolutely nothing is ordinary—it’s all exquisite.
