They were frauds to me and told me that none of my gold was gold because they are unhealthy and I know how to spend my money wisely. They should have charges pressed on then for fraud for saying that someones gold isn't gold and scratching their wealth. Y'all deserve no respect. Make sure you wear a mask around these sick people.

Quick neat and honest

Called them and they told me that I could sell my 14 k gold for .9 x spot of 14k per gram. When I arrived they tried to tell my they could only do .80 x spot. After my refusal, they go up to .85 x spot. Given how much gold I brought to them this was still around a $400-$500 difference. I would not have driven down there and wasted my gas and time if they had not misquoted me. They are liars, time wasters, and swindlers. They will say anything to get you there, then refuse to honor their quote. Disgusting business practices. Time is money, if you steal my time you are a thief. Just unethical.

I stopped by to sell some old jewelry I had left over from my family which I would never use. Andy and Igor were very friendly and patient with me. They sorted through all my tangled and mismatched jewelry and explained the whole process. They showed me how it was calculated and weighed it right in front of me. I had almost every karat gold and some silver as well and sure enough they took it all and gave me enough cash to put a down payment on my new car. Great Service, Fast & Easy- Highly Recommended!!!

Went back a few months later to cash a gold bracelet. I've done business here many times with Igor because he truly is an honest person. This time another gentleman was there to help me. His name was Andy. I show him my gold bracelet. He puts it on the scale and does not show me what it weighs, the way the other honest guy Igor would. Then he pulls out $1300 and puts it on the table thinking I don't know what it is worth. My bracelet is a 21k gold $4500 bracelet. This young man is a thief. I've done business here many, many times with Igor. Igor is honest. He shows you what karat you gold is, then how much it weighs, then how much he is going to give you based on the karat and weight. Andy did none of that. Beware of doing business with Andy. He is a thief working in an honest business. In response to business post: Why don't u pull up the video tape from that day and show me if Andy weight my gold in front of me or not. You are a liar, he never ever weighed that gold in front of me and told me what it weights. That is something Igor is very very good at. Not Andy. Andy is a thief but is watch his steps now after this review posting.

It's so easy to tell if a gold shop will just fleece people who don't know what they're doing. Just act like you don't know and see what they offer! The offer I got on a 1oz American Gold Eagle was worse than a spit in my face. These people clearly will fleece you for every dollar possible. Shameful, dont go here.

Such a nice & informative gentleman. He gave me a full breakdown of my jewelry for no cost, & he took the time to give me multiple different options on how to sell & make the most money off of my jewelry if I didn’t decide to sell to him. None of the other jewelry buyers I went to in LA have given me any other options or even a breakdown of what my stuff was worth. Very honest & nice business
