They have really good stuff but as a black woman I never feel welcomed & frowned upon. I don't think they like blacks very much. I've been to this store a handful of times & the vibe is always the same so I know I'm not tripping & they rarely hire blacks. Not sure why they're so standoffish towards blacks but we are not all the same. Everybody should be treated accordingly & not based n stereotypes or personal reasons. I literally dreaded going into the store today because of how I've been treated before but like I said they have good stuff which is kind of silly of me to keep spending my money where I don't feel welcome but I'm clearly not the problem & try to give them chances but it's the same unwelcome vibe everytime & mind u I haven't been in abt a year before making my most resent purchase today.
Everyone in silver depot was so kind and helpful. Cassie was SO wonderful. We brought in a watch that needed to have the band changed and some links to be taken out. She worked really hard to make sure it fit perfectly. She did an amazing job and made sure we were 100% happy and we are!

This place has excellent customer service. They sized my MK watches for $5 each. Bring any watch to get sized here! I highly recommend it!
When I first walked in I was greeted by an older lady name Araceli, her mouth said hello her face said why are you here. She made me feel really uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong, I asked her if she had another location I could go to, she replied no I said ok and walked towards the back of the store, I still felt uneasy so I turned around to see if she was staring at me… and she was, she had this look of disgust. Shortly after I was approached by a nice young lady named Melody (very helpful and patient) I appreciate her service. I don’t think I will be returning simply because I was stereotyped
