Guy at the front desk charged me American Eagle price for Maple Leaf Coins with a smile on his face, argued he was even doing me a favor and that he should’ve charged more because "these are more expensive and rare, because of queen Elizabeth’s face being in them”. I didn’t know any better at the moment so I trusted him. This is wrong, and he’s a complete scammer, there’s no way around it. Moving forward I wouldn’t recommend anyone trusting them or doing business with them in any capacity.

1* Update: Allow me to address the attacks from the business owner. “We’ve never paid 60% of spot on anything.” I called to ask what they were paying for Morgan silver dollars. They told me 60%, so I clarified if they were, seriously, offering 60% of the spot silver value for Morgans. They confirmed this, and I went to another shop that offered me 95% of spot. I've been inside when they were paying $8.50 for coins with $15 of silver. Then I was offered a similar ratio over the phone. If I'm seeing and hearing things then I would love for them to list on their website they offer 95% of spot silver and be transparent with pricing. "We are often praised with thanks for paying more than anyone around." Go in with your silver coins and say I want 95% of spot silver and see what they say. "Lastly, we have no record of this David Downs in our store. In fact this person went on a rant and left multiple companies bad reviews last night. Completely untrustworthy." Notice that rather than address the issues raised they attack me. You can do business with them or not. Just know that you're not going to get the best price in San Diego county for your silver, as they promise, and I've seen them lowball senior citizens with their silver and they did it to me too. ---- I was offered only 60% of spot for Morgan dollars—far, far below what even pawn shops or questionable gold buyers typically pay. Reputable coin dealers usually offer 90–95% of spot; at these buyback levels, it feels like routine exploitation of uninformed or elderly sellers. You’ll be offered the lowest amount for your silver in San Diego County—and get plenty of attitude along with it. Avoid like the plague.

Riley was very patient and super nice. I decided to make my very first purchases of silver rounds at his shop and my experience was great. Quick, easy and great prices. This is my local shop very convenient for me. I will continue to take my business to them every chance I get.
