I've had great experiences at this pawn shop. someone who's stuck out the most is Jake. Jake's customer service is outstanding and he truly values his customers. He's a great manager and really looks out for his clients. He's goes out of his way to make sure the client is happy with any transaction. Thank You so much Jake for helping me out! I would to say that M.A. Griffin & Sons Pawn shop has the great customer service. As soon as I walk in I was greeted and he help me find what I was looking for. Which was this nice Pool stick 🎱 and they gave me the case for free. They are very friendly and nice, so if you have time to go check them out I suggest that you go check them out. I have been buying trading and selling with this establishment for many years and I'm always been super pleased I actually have grown quite fond of a couple different employees there they're always dedicated prompt consider it and always always professional I highly recommend anybody takes their business here they will not be dissatisfied

Silver spot price was at $72/oz when I went in. One guy offered me $37/oz. I said hell no and he asked what price im thinking and I said at least $65. He said they couldn’t do that but I called an hour before going in and someone over the phone told me they were paying $65/oz. This pawn shop has a sketchy business model which is probably why there were so many transients in the shop. SELLERS BEWARE!! Don’t bring in your gold and silver there!! A bunch of 🤡🤡🤡

Jake was awesome in the electronics helping us find a play station for our kids! Everything worked perfect very satisfied with customer service and friendly faces ready to help:)
