Maria and Amira are the best so nice and very polite my wife brought a ton of jewelry she didn't want any more and Amira and Maria took very good care of us and paid us the max that they could witch wasn't bad at all my wife was pleased with the sale. I would definitely recommend this family owned place to anyone looking to sell any gold or silver to them....

Very nice, friendly, professional and efficient. I only had 1 piece I was looking to sell and Michael gave a great rate which was $20 more than another quote I was given by another shop. Can't imagine the difference if I had a full set of items! Definitely recommend this location and will be my first spot if I ever have anything else I'm looking to sell.

Pretty much a pawn shop attitude. They have ads popping up everywhere, they explicitly say “call for pricing”. I had weights in pound and Troy ounces, guy says he’s too busy to talk to me. I only wanted an estimate. It’s a long drive from riverside to upland. Obviously in spite of all the “family owned” and customer service” people are just a commodity to them. I have a business, I get extremely busy, I always give people time to speak, and I never refuse to answer questions.

First off.. Thank you to Maria, Amira and Micheal for a great experience. They are a family owned business and they make you feel welcomed. Prior, I was calling around fo different places and I am thankful that God lead me to call here. My first point of contact was with Amira via the phone she was very friendly and she answered my questions, regarding some items my mom wanted to sell.We had never sold anything before so we came in very green. W drove in from a few cities away and it was worth ghe drive. We Met with Maria and she seen all tge things my mom brought in her little box. She went thru everything and explained to us the value of each piece. She was very friendly and kind. That lead us to another few visits. One visit was with her Brother Micheal and he was kind and very knowledgeable as well. We went in thinking a certain dollar amount. But turned out each time we went in we received more than anticipated. I can honestly say this is a very reputable place. And We will be back in the future.. Thank you so much for making my mom and I feel welcomed and taking tge time to help us with our items.. You are the best!
