This review is long overdue, and for that I owe my apology to the owner. I was hesitant to stop by initially, being weary about these types of transactions from past experience, but went ahead and took my chances after seeing the reviews. I could tell right away that this place was different. No frills or flashing lights with over the top advertising. It was a small humble shop. There was a woman before me that I had watched walk in. I followed after allowing for some time to pass and to my surprise the door was locked. They really care about not only their own, but their clientele’s safety as well. I knew I had made the right choice. After making eye contact the owner buzzed me in and after a minute or two it was my turn. The owner was well educated, informative and honest. He carefully examined what I had presented, piece by piece, explaining the process as he went along. Unfortunately a couple pieces turned out to have been counterfeited, but nothing was held against me personally as I let him know from the start that I myself questioned the validity of a few of the items just based off of appearance alone. I was given a fair offer that exceeded my initial expectation and gladly accepted. When all was said and done I walked out of the shop a very happy customer, with some of the best honey I have ever had the privilege of purchasing. Don’t waste your time or risk being swindled by the competition. This place has integrity and relies on providing honest service to ensure we keep coming back. I won’t go anywhere else. They take care of you here.

The owner is very honest, kind & transparent. I went to 3 places & he not only matched but went above the highest priced place I was quoted for even though it was more than his initial quote and left him with little margin. I also got some honey from him as he is a beekeeper & the honey was amazing! I’ll be back for some more honey!!

Was a long time customer of John's at Austin & Co. since my early college days when I get into the precious metals game. Since he retired, he recommend me to visit Vince at the Valley Gold & Silver Exchange. Came in to sell a gold maple. Spot price was I think $2040. Got $1955 which was fair for over the count retail price. Oh, Vince is also a beekeeper! Got a swarm in your area? Call Vince! He says honey in his store. This is super handy for allergy season. You can just eat local honey and it'll dramatically reduce your inflammatory response. He is quite the prodigious producer at 2000 pounds a year. As they say, there's no romance without finance. No money = no honey. Get both cash and honey with a visit to Vince ;)

I came in with an original David Yurman cable bracelet. Both gentlemen were so nice and helpful. No, I didn’t sell them the bracelet. Gonna try to get enough to buy a 22k yellow gold ring I have my eye on. LOL!!! Thank you both for being so nice!

I called for an estimate on 14 karat gold ring and his offer was way higher than what you would get at a cash for gold establishment. He was friendly and fair. He made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend
