I was treated professionally and fairly! I was delighted to meet friendly and a fair tradesman. I was reassured that this was where I wanted to “trade-in my coins.”

Called on Saturday to ask junk silver coin price, was told to call back Tuesday since the stock market is closed weekends, so prices aren't up to date. I called Tuesday and he refused to tell me on the phone just kept saying to come into store. Not very professional

Staff was not helpful at all. I read online that they offer loans for not just gold and coins, but also musical instruments. They took one look at me and said "No, we don't bother with that kind of stuff" and couldn't point me in the direction of anywhere that could assist me around here. Well, I don't bother with terrible customer service. Also, I didn't appreciate the wonky store hours - not even close to what's advertised. Not Recommended.

Scott is the man! Ive been at this coin shop in their original location with the OG owner being only 5-6 yrs old. This place is my go-to!!! Near 30 years later im glad to see the tradition carried ❤️

Talk about local customer service!! Scott has taken so much of his time to patiently teach my son about coins, collecting and how to figure out the “real” prices and not fake online gimmicks. This is only place I feel comfortable letting my son invest in his future. He definitely is honest and truly takes the time… nice to know still have honest folks doing business!!
