This was our first time visiting a pawn shop, Don and Jen were very nice and professional, they had a very clean store with a variety of things. Jen was very nice and explaining the value of gold how they do things today was a very good day for gold, so it was our lucky day. I had some questions on some other things so I went back and asked some questions, she answered them all very clearly for me, she gave me her business card and told me next time I can just call her and ask my questions.
