Though uninterested in my 3 y/o chromebook (understandably so, but hey, had to shoot my shot) Thomas was very kind and polite. I appreciated his time co in looking up details over the phone. Electronics age like milk.

Always taking care of customers and making sure they can help out as much as possible when selling to them.

Thomas C assisted me with finding a great computer. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. There was also a good selection of instruments -- had fun looking at those! Store is clean and organized and employees are helpful.

Best pawn shop ever. They go out of their way to get you a good deal and honor their agreements well. Great selection and even better prices. Definitely an underrated gem in this area. Thomas always goes above and beyond to help me out, we have a great professional relationship and I know I can trust and count on him. Overall, highly recommend this store if you want some quality goods on the cheap.

cant give info over the phone for an item you want to pick up. . . . just say you dont have business coming in instead of forcing people to go in. as a matter of fact dont even answer the phone if you cant give out useful information.

Never pawned anything myself before but had some idea of the process. Brought in my guitar, was able to get a loan for exactly what I asked. No bs, no game playing, very reasonable fee, in and out in 15 minutes. And just came back today to redeem it and no problems. And while I was there, one of the guys was dealing with an older gentleman who had brought in like ~10lbs of silver coins he wanted a loan on. After discussing it with him, the guy there totally did him a solid and didn't try to manipulate or screw him, he couldn't offer what he needed and very courteously referred him to a few reputable coin shops who would likely be able to work with him as coins aren't his business. A masterclass in professionalism and character which really sums up my experiences.
