Im telling you do not beleive any of the good reviews on here. These ppl are ruuuuude as heck for no reason. I literally called a day after my pawn was up they said my stuff was sent to get melted after one day after one day. Then they said call back they'll try and get it back how if its melted. Anywho I call back rude as hell again they say they couldnt find it okay so does that mean they are still looking did you call again. Smh doesn't matter if its manager/ owner the weird younger kid all rude. Times are hard no one wants to have to pawn there stuff at the very least customer service should be decent. I literally served in Gtmo did 9mos deployments and now I get spit on yelled at hit and im trying to help ppl and I still manage to smile and treat ppl like humans. They are the worst. Im reporting them to somebody they'll be able to find something on this place. Just horrid ppl for no reason.

Literally the most organized pawn shop I've ever seen. Everything is very clean and in great condition. The employees are very welcoming and helpful.

Originally, I saw their posting of a guitar on eBay and then I decided I would rather just pick it up because I’m local. Here is my review from a buyers perspective. I found a used guitar that I really liked and wanted to purchase. When I went in, I accidentally went to the other pawnshop across the street because I got confused. This pawn shop the one I’m writing this review for (AAA pawn shop) is much nicer and I highly recommend. Their shop feels safe and clean, not to mention they give quick service and won’t have you waiting around for help like other pawn shops. At first the owner and I got in a tussle because he believed it was a slightly higher price model guitar than it was. After I explained to him and showed him proof of what model it was we worked it out and he made the pricing fair. Genuinely nice guy. He treated me kind and like family. Definitely worth it, the guitar I got is amazing. Tips: Make sure to do your research before buying, (especially with guitars or niche items), bargain if needed, and always be kind.
