Never been so disrespected in my life. My partner and myself came in to browse their collection and were immediately met with looks from the staff. My partner is a goldsmith so we asked to take a look at some gemstones and silver pieces. The worker was extremely dismissive and rude and refused help which I believe was due to the way we look. So disappointed

Honestly felt profiled for the first time in my life here. Brought in my gold jewelry knowing the karat, weight, and current buying price. The looks from the women in the shop are beyond judgemental. Before scratching my gold to test it I was told “we don’t carry cash”, then another woman came in and asked me if I would accept etransfer to which I said yes, then the 2 women started whispering and all of a sudden “we can’t buy from you at this time, go to this place in oak bay” I am physically disabled and can’t walk for more than 30 minutes… and they looked at me like I stole my own property then sent me an hour out of my way. Genuinely abhorrent.
