Made a special trip to RGB to sell some scrap jewelry. First, no one was there. They now have a sign on the door stating that you now have to make an appointment. I phoned and waited and they finally opened up. I was offered a crazy low-ball offer for my gold. I used to sell my gold here all the time years ago.... not sure what's changed, but I can no longer recommend RGB.
