Bro destroyed my chain by adding chemicals to test it, a scratch test should have been sufficient but now my chain is disintegrating and they did nothing to offer compensation for damages. DO NOT TAKE YOUR GOLD HERE! P.S husband mentioned that it was in fact NOT pure gold only 14k so the chemicals was excessively harmful and destructive. In response to owners response, no he was NOT given information on what testing would be done. Chain was later taken to a reputable gold store and was accepted. You then tried looking for baking powder after the fact to try and save it but didn't have any. It was and is 14k gold, and he did express his dissatisfaction and you did not offer anything, just kept saying it was fake. Once again, DO NOT COME HERE!— Genesis Z.C, Jun 2025
When I went I was so warped from the knowledge I was given I asked 100 dollar bills existed. They are very serious about customers knowing exactly what they want. The staff there are rude and use their wall of firearms while kids are around to jump into people's business. Then get aggressively involved in business that was not intended for them. Then get more aggressive while behind their counter infront of a wall of guns. This type of conduct is against the law and a complaint has been filed to the appropriate ATF field office. I will not tolerate some unprofessionals entrusted to sell firearms while engaging in this type of business. It's people like these that make gun laws more stricter. By the way the place was filthy. I will never ever step foot in that place ever again and hopefully no one does. And if you have collector coins they don't deal with them so don't even try or they will get aggressive. This place it's amazing! Its interesting and has a great coin collection. It's like a little coin museum! We received amazing customer services from the owner and made us feel welcomed. He's VERY knowledgeable, took the time to educate my son about coins and showed him some of the coins they carry.
