Came in today on 1/22 for a quick transaction, their prices are better than online and they are fast with their service. Wanted to build a relationship with a local exchange rather than purchase online and have to pay shipping. I have found my place!

They were very friendly and treated me with respect, even though I had no idea what I was doing. I I did my research and I knew what silver prices were and even though they could tell I didn’t really know what I was talking about otherwise, they bought my silver and gave me market price for it so I trust them.

I have buying and selling bullion and coins here for over 25 years. I have never had a bad experience or unpleasant interaction. The workers/owners are more than happy to answer any questions I have had and they have been more than fair and professional in every transaction. I look forward to many more years of investment in their products and services. I highly recommend this establishment.

A little of the bait and switch. Called them up to sell some silver eagles. They quoted me spot -4$ on the phone. I said great I'll be right down. 20 minutes later I am down there and they say, that going to be spot -$8. I expressed my concern that I just called 20 minutes ago and they said -4. They say yep sorry we changed in 10 minutes ago. They were pretty rude about it when they were the ones who gave me the quote and switched it. I understand the spot changes, but they changed their premium by 100% in their favor. Wasted 40 minutes of my day. Won't be going back, don't trust them anymore. Also change your voicemail, you have outdated messages on it from before Christmas. Response to the response: I didn't raise my voice; I didn't use any foul language or didn't call you any names. I expressed concern that you told me 1 thing on the phone 20 minutes earlier with no warning that the premium would change so much in 10 minutes. To say I was the worst customer in 38 years has to be the lowest bar ever. (or you are exaggerating yet again) fear not, from how rude you were to me in the store and here again, you won't ever have to worry about me coming back.

Went in to sell 200 ounces of silver today and was paid spot -10.00 per ounce! That’s outrageous and I lost all respect for this business! I have been doing business with them since 2018 and felt they were honest and reputable! Back in 2018 the glass cases were full of precious metals to choose from! Now I could display what they offer on the tailgate of my pickup! I don’t want to hear their reasoning for a volatile market is the reason to cheat their customers! Their problem is they lack financial resources and capital to be in this market or business! I will never do business with these thieves again!
