Went there today to sell my gold & silver jewelry. Gina (?) was very pleasant and courteous. She examined each piece for authenticity and gave me a price that I was very pleased with. What convinced me to go here was that the store was registered with the BBB. I wanted a business I could trust.

Went in to sell my 18k gold chain. He did the 18k acid test and said it wasn't holding up because it's not real 18k. I took the same chain to E.D Marshall, and they did the same test, and i ended up getting what i wanted for it. Be careful with this guy. He is going to try to buy your gold for cheap.
Wasted my time, was only offered 40% of spot price for 14k diamond earrings a pawnshop offered me much more. This place clearly tried to rip me off I don’t recommend
