Great if you are buying the fixed auctions, do not buy the mystery packs from the live auctions. The auctioneers are very good at making it seem like they are a steal at $100+ per pack and an absolute steal at anything other than that, then you get your packs and not a single one of them has even $50 of value in them.

I bought some diamond earrings. They were supposed to be six carats when I received them. They were only around two carats. I took them to the jewelry store to be measured. Also there is different paperwork. One says that is 6 carats and another one says that is 3 carats so everything is completely messed up. I send the pictures to the help department and I have not received an answer from them. This is really upsetting. I expect this to be clarified right away.

They stole 1,000 dollars from me. I bought two jerseys that never arrived. When I called, they told me they wont give me my money back and hung up. The person who answered the phone and then hung up is named Chandler.

Do Not and I Repeat. DO NOT BUY MYSTERY BOXES OF ANY KIND From This Company. I bought two of these packages mystery packs from one of their 15 second live auction because they said most of the cards would be worth near to $150 to $20,000 cards. I won two of them in the auction which cost me over $400. Which they were $200 each. They even said in the live video that getting these for $200 is a steal and they only make 600 of these packages. So I decided to try my luck. When I got the packages I have never heard of β€˜Jordan’s Platinum Quest’ brand. But again decided to try my luck since they keep saying they were a steal. When I got the packages I was shocked it was only a card a package. I would have thought 4 or maybe 2. But it was one card each package. Still hoping they were really good cards. After I opened them up, they were dud’s. Brady one is worth $50 if I’m lucky and the Tua card is barely worth $20. They are both not even mint 10 cards. I was beyond sick to my stomach. Lost $350 just for 2 cards. So I say again…DO NOT BUY MYSTERY ITEMS FROM THEM AT ALL. What I’m very certain they do is they open boxes themselves, find the good stuff, keep it for themselves to sell for a higher profit. Then they repackage the low grade items, make up crazy names in a box so they can say it’s nothing you have ever seen. Then they resell it to you when they are worth next to nothing. It’s a compete scam and I’m not the only one they have taken advantage of when selling mystery items. Side note: If you buy the items where they say what it is, like a Shohei or Jordan item. Then it’s up to you to get it. No doubt it is real items they sell. But last thing is you ever want to buy from them is Mystery Box’s… STAY AWAY FROM MYSTERY ITEMS.

Smooth auctions and efficient fulfillment support. Everyone is friendly and professional. Update: The live auction has a feeling of a class action suit written all over it. The hosts are pumping up cards perceived value during the short auction times. "An auctioneer's role is to be a neutral facilitator, ensuring a fair and transparent process" I got taken on a card and paid twice the market value. Asked for a credit and they claim it would hurt the integrity of the auction process. The standard auctions without commentary or a sales person bringing them have high integrity, but the Pristine Live definitely does not from my perspective. The fees added at the end are pure profit. A card worth $35 was won at $88 bid ended up costing $123 total. Beyond unreasonable.

Do not do business with this company. They will not respond in a positive manner to any concern. I asked to use a coupon they sent me on an auction. I was basically told, can you provide us the coupon because we’ve never head of this. I said your sent it to me. The guy said he asked his manager and they don’t offer any discounts. So the did not believe that I received a coupon and refused or would not respond. When I produced a photo of the coupon. I am now asking for a refund of my pending purchases. I have contacted legal and they should not attempt to charge any of my payments methods

Was looking very much towards receiving my auction win for $300. However, product came damaged and they told me after a long return process - submitting photos, calling, finding a facility to mail it back, then waiting another 10 days after they receive to process the refund. Wild. Will never go back.
